Shipping and Payment

We are committed to delivering our premium furniture to your doorstep with care and efficiency. Below are our Shipping and Delivery terms, which outline the processes and policies we follow to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. General Information

  • It takes us about 7-10 working days to deliver the product at your doorstep for ready to ship items. For custom items, the estimated delivery time would have been communicated to you.

  • All orders qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. You are requested to be mindful and fill correct address and phone number details while placing your order. Also, please inform us in advance in the event of any travel plans at your end. It will help us plan a convenient shipping and delivery schedule for you.

  • The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Tarocollective PVT LTD has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

  • Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Tarocollective PVT LTD shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, or any cause that is beyond our control.

2. Packaging

All items are carefully packaged at our facility to avoid any form of damage during handling and transit to your destination. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered or damaged, please email us on federico@tarocollective.com within 24 hours. 

3. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 IST.

In case you’re not around when we deliver, our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled. You will be charged for the shipping costs geared during the 3 attempts made. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

4. Damages

Tarocollective PVT LTD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.

6. Returns Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
